DELIVERY OF ORDERS

Purchases will be delivered via Australia Post services (Parcel Post*), and include the ability to track your delivery. A tracking number will be provided to the email address that you provide upon checkout, after your order has been lodged with Australia Post for delivery.

Free domestic postage and handling (within Australia only) is offered for orders of 5 or more CDs, in a single transaction.

Delivery times are as follows:

WITHIN AUSTRALIA (Standard)
Delivery Time: 6-8 business days

INTERNATIONAL POST (Standard)
Delivery Time: 6+ business days**

* Quoted postage and handling costs are based on a single parcel of up to:
500g / 3000g in total weight for postal delivery within Australia, and
500g / 1000g / 2000g in total weight for international postal delivery.


** Estimated delivery times are between metro areas of major cities. Excludes any time in customs and delays beyond Australia Post's control. Country specific delivery times are available online at auspost.com.au

Orders will not be delivered until delivery costs have been paid in full by the customer. If a customer has paid for a postal zone that does not match their actual postal zone, or has failed to pay for any delivery cost, their order will be held for a period of seven (7) days during which time the customer will be contacted by HC and given the opportunity to pay the outstanding delivery costs associated with their order. Failure by a customer to pay the delivery costs within the allotted time will result in the original purchase transaction being cancelled and monies refunded via PayPal.


INTERNET SECURITY

The BRIGHT POET website provides facilities for the secure transmission of information across the Internet, known as secured sockets layer (SSL) encryption, and indicated by the "https" secured encryption designation at the beginning of the site's URL.
